The emergence of Abu Dhabi as a global financial center created the opportunity to launch the first locally based GCC focused investment bank, Michael’s vison for this gave rise to Al Liwan.

Philosophy & Leadership Approach
1. Vision and Purpose
Having a clear vision and purpose is vital for guiding decisions. Entrepreneurs must articulate their “why” before pursuing strategy and tactics.
2. Breaking the Mold
Entrepreneurs don’t just think outside the box—we break the mold completely. Originality isn’t optional; it’s survival.
3. Life Balance
There is no work-life balance, only a life of balance or a life without it. Integrate all aspects of life into a coherent whole.
