Has advised and financed 100+ companies across San Francisco, New York, and Melbourne. Founded and built financial services firms in Zürich and Abu Dhabi. Currently leads the Group’s strategy, growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Sherwin Loh

Deputy Group CEO

Over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate leadership. Former Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan banker, executing US$30bn+ in transactions with recognition from IFR, EuroMoney, and FinanceAsia. Later focused on healthcare investments in Singapore, where he helped expand one of Asia Pacific’s leading platforms to 500+ medical centers across nine markets.

Seasoned financial markets and commodities executive. spent 25 years at cargill, including as chairman, asia pacific, and global head of trade & capital markets. earlier career in investment banking across europe and japan. now managing a private family office and advises portfolio investments.

Amy Swartz

Director and Head of Corporate Strategy

25 years’ experience in corporate advisory across North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Co-founder and board member of multiple investment and advisory firms, with a focus on technology, agritech, finance, and cross-border expansion. Former AML Officer for a Swiss asset management company. Brings deep expertise in investments, due diligence, and governance.

Ross Forde Jennings

Non-Executive Director

UK-trained corporate, commercial & petroleum lawyer with 25+ years of experience across energy, power, maritime, mining, media, and sports sectors. Former in-house counsel and private practitioner before co-founding oil & gas ventures and leading energy & infrastructure firms in Nigeria. Today, he serves as board member and private equity investor.

Veronica Shim

Previously established Julius Baer Singapore and formerly Head of Southeast Asia for EFG.
