Currently leads the Group’s strategy, growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Sherwin Loh

Deputy Group CEO

Over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate leadership. Former Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan banker, executing US$30bn+ in transactions with recognition from IFR, EuroMoney, and FinanceAsia. Later focused on healthcare investments in Singapore, where he helped expand one of Asia Pacific’s leading platforms to 500+ medical centers across nine markets.

25 years’ experience in corporate advisory across North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Co-founder and board member of multiple investment and advisory firms, with a focus on technology, agritech, finance, and cross-border expansion. Former AML Officer for a Swiss asset management company. Brings deep expertise in investments, due diligence, and governance.

Former in-house counsel and private practitioner before co-founding oil & gas ventures and leading energy & infrastructure firms in Nigeria.
