Michael was an early entrant to China, setting up a joint venture for Macromedia shortly after the June 4th incident. This pioneering work led to him becoming one of the first non-Chinese to sit on the Board of a Xinhua News Agency company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early 2010s \u2014 Switzerland & Middle East<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Michael spent considerable time in Switzerland and the Middle East working in asset management, particularly specializing in Sharia-compliant investment strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2016-2018 \u2014 Tharawat Group CEO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Led Tharawat Holding S.A. and Tharawat Asset Management A.G. as Chief Executive Officer, managing family office and asset management operations across Abu Dhabi, Luxembourg, and Zurich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
